T Wholesale Launches IP Point of Presence in São Paolo, Brazil

Operators in Latin America can now benefit from unparalleled connectivity

T Wholesale has launched a new IP Point of Presence (PoP), the SP4 São Paulo IBX® Data Center, now operational and ready to serve customers in Brazil and throughout Latin America. The new facility enhances T Wholesale’s global infrastructure and strengthens its presence in the region.

With redundant connections to the exclusive USA PoPs of T Wholesale’s international backbone, the São Paulo PoP is set to deliver robust, secure and reliable connectivity solutions. The new PoP allows T-Wholesale to provide an extensive range of services, including all IPX services, IPT, IPP, L2 VPN, and L3 VPN in the region.

The new IP-PoP complements T Wholesale’s existing global network and is strategically positioned to offer unparalleled connectivity options. The São Paulo data center provides access to more than network service providers with the potential to interconnect directly with over 1,170 companies.

The São Paulo PoP launch marks a significant expansion of T Wholesale’s capabilities in Latin America. It is designed for businesses seeking high-performance networking solutions. With customer or peering IPX ports available at 1G, 10G, and 100G, and direct connections to AWS, T Wholesale’s clients can expect enhanced performance, reduced latency, and increased reliability.

“We are thrilled to be expanding our services in Latin America with the launch of our São Paulo PoP. This facility represents our commitment to providing secure, high-performance connectivity tailored to our customers' needs,” said Nicholas Nikrouyan, Vice-President Voice and Mobile Solutions at T Wholesale. “This expansion is in line with our vision to be a strong regional partner, focusing on providing the best-in-class customer experience in every aspect of our global connectivity solutions.”
