Omdia’s 2026 Wholesale Innovation Analyzer recognizes T Wholesale’s Innovation Power
As the leading digital wholesale provider, it is our vision to enable global connectivity as well as a seamless customer experience for our partners and their end customers on
Deutsche Telekom’s infrastructure. We are striving to monetize our networks and have significantly advanced wholesale innovation in 2025.
Global analyst & advisory firm Omdia agrees. In its recently published 2026 Wholesale Innovation Analyzer, it recognizes T Wholesale as a perennial leader in championing wholesale and has identified us as one of the most proactive in advancing and promoting wholesale innovations.
Omdia specifically highlights the completion of our BSS transformation in partnership with Enxoo. The unification of our global sales and delivery processes under our new agentic AI-platform has enabled us to simplify our global operations by reducing quote times and boosting agility. The new platform establishes a future-ready foundation aligned with TM Forum and MEF’s LSO Sonata standards.
Omdia’s report notes that “customer experience is becoming a key competitive differentiator in wholesale” and goes on to say that “T Wholesale’s strategy to implement an agentic AI platform into its sales and service delivery shows a commitment to creating a customer experience that is as simple and frictionless as possible.”
The analyst firm also remarks on our experimental capabilities showcased in our June 2025 launch of TimeSync, a reliable and fail-safe solution for time synchronization based on the Precision Time Protocol (PTP), as well as our agentic AI wholesale advancements.
In October 2025, we introduced a range of AI functions including AI chatbot, AI in workflow automation and an MCP Server to our already popular Digital Services portal, which was highly praised in Omdia’s 2025 Wholesale Innovation Analyzer. We are also set to launch our mobile identity assistant to help speed up the onboarding process and support the compliance process with national regulations.
“We are delighted to have retained our position in Omdia’s wholesale rankings for the past 15 consecutive years,” says Judith Kennecke, SVP Wholesale Development at T Wholesale. “As the wholesale industry evolves to facilitate the AI-driven transformation of our customers’ businesses, we are committed to our customer and remain focused on delivering a simpler and faster experience for our partners. By unifying sales and delivery on a standards-based platform and applying AI to reduce complexity, we are helping customers move faster and building a strong foundation for the next generation of services."
