New Voice KPI Monitoring Tool from Deutsche Telekom Global Carrier

Deutsche Telekom Global Carrier has launched a new Voice KPI monitoring solution that provides its customers with detailed insights regarding voice traffic volumes and service quality.

The Voice KPI tool is a real-time system that monitors key performance indicators of a customer’s entire voice-destination countries and operators. It is displayed over maps, tables, charts and logs with a variety of filter options for specific data records. That includes traffic volumes, call durations, origin carrier, called operator, and more.

Based on Call Data Records (CDR) provided by Deutsche Telekom Network Infrastructure, this solution makes information available via an interactive, intuitive and secure web interface. Examples of the types of accessible data are Answer Seizure Ration (ASR), Network Effectiveness Ratio (NER), or Average Length of Conversation (ALOC).

Csaba Füzesi, Head of Product Management at Voice & Mobile Services at Deutsche Telekom Global Carrier said, “We are intent on supporting our voice customers with advanced services such as our new Voice KPI. With its innovative functionalities, traffic for every trunk is carefully tracked and compiled, even enabling views into specific time ranges via a historical database.”

A world map with different colored countries. The colors standing for no traffic, passed, below min., warning and critical.
