Out-of-court dispute resolution

a) Information on consumer dispute resolution in accordance with Section 36 of the Verbraucherstreitbeilegungsgesetz (German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act) (VSBG)
Consumer Arbitration Centre for Telecommunications of the Federal Network Agency in Bonn

In order to settle a dispute with Telekom in the cases specified in Section 68 Telekommunikationsgesetz (German Telecommunications Act), the customer can initiate arbitration proceedings by submitting an application to the Telecommunications Consumer Arbitration Board of the Federal Network Agency in Bonn (Consumer Arbitration Board). Telekom is prepared to participate in arbitration proceedings organised by the Federal Network Agency.

Other disputes

Furthermore, Telekom does not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before any other consumer arbitration board. Telekom is much more interested in resolving disputes with its customers through direct contact. Please contact Telekom customer service.

b) Information on online dispute resolution pursuant to Article 14 (1) ODR Regulation
