Our product portfolio stands out
We offer you tailor-made bandwidth, exactly as your customers need it: From 50 Mbit/s as an entry-level product to 300 / 500 Mbit/s as the current standard to 1,000 or even 2,000 Mbit/s in some locations. The upload speeds are also impressive.
Grid connection as you want it
Choose the network connections and aggregation that suits your business. You decide where we transfer the traffic to your infrastructure. Nationwide at approx. 900 regional Ethernet network nodes (VULA/Layer 2) or aggregated at 11 regional core network locations (Layer 3) or with maximum transport and concentration up to a grid connection point. As a regional provider, you select only the required shares for maximum control and proximity to your end customers. As a nationwide provider, you can also combine our products. Our flexible handover offers you a high reach with manageable effort. Or you can take advantage of our full-service option, and we will be happy to manage the complete connection process for your business.
Extra services for extra customer satisfaction
With our optional services such as My Technician Appointment or Provision Plus, you can round off your portfolio in a targeted manner. Offer your customers real transparency and reliable deadlines to strengthen trust in your brand in the long term. The result: maximum customer satisfaction, noticeable resource savings and clear differentiation in the market.
Fiber availability at a glance
An FTTH connection with Deutsche Telekom is already possible for more than 10 million households and company locations.
An interactive T Wholesale Map will be available to you shortly - with it you can easily get an overview of our nationwide fiber-optic availability.
From planning to connection: the phases of FTTH availability
The concrete implementation and preparation time of a fiber-optic connection naturally depends on the current rollout status. To this end, we regularly update our so-called mass availability data and, as a T Wholesale partner, also offer you a real-time availability check. This allows you to easily and reliably see how far the specific building has already been developed for each address or customer location ID (KLS-ID) and tell your customer what steps are still pending.
- Planning - Rollout areas are defined, grid management is planned, approvals are coordinated with authorities.
- Start of pre-marketing - all partners can inform end customers at an early stage and win from the status "vvmOngoing".
- Start of initial marketing and regular marketing - the first streets and buildings are developed on a large scale.
- Start of construction phases
- Homes passed & Homes passed+: Fiber optics is located in the street or at the property line.
- Prepared: House cut into the building including installed termination point has been completed.
- Ready: Riser in the apartment building has been installed, the first apartments have a fiber-optic socket.
- Connected: All apartments in the building were supplied with a fiber-optic socket.
FTTH and FTTB – two powerful options to connect to our fiber-optic broadband
With T Wholesale's fiber-optic solutions, you can reliably bring your customers into the gigabit age. Whether new construction, apartment buildings, or existing properties – we offer the right fiber-optic technology for every building situation. Two deployment options are available: Fiber to the Home (FTTH) and Fiber to the Building (FTTB).

Fiber to the Home (FTTH)
With Fiber to the Home, the fiber-optic cable is laid directly into your customer's home. This construction method offers the highest quality and future-proofing: your customer receives a completely new fiber-optic infrastructure and benefits from stable bandwidths of up to 1 Gbit/s and sometimes even more – ideal for data-intensive applications, streaming, or smart home solutions.
Fiber to the Building (FTTB)
Alternatively, with Fiber to the Building (FTTB), the fiber-optic cable terminates inside the building, usually in the basement. There, the distribution point unit (DPU) converts the optical signal into electrical signals and transmits them to the individual apartments via the existing copper or network infrastructure (copper twisted pair or CAT cabling). The DPU is powered by an electrical connection provided by the building owner. Under ideal conditions, gigabit speeds are easily achievable with FTTB.
Your advantage with Deutsche Telekom fiber optics
With FTTH and FTTB, you expand your portfolio to include future-proof fiber-optic connections and offer your customers a high-performance, scalable network solution – nationwide, reliable and in the highest quality.
Planning and implementation of your fiber-optic connection
Which option is implemented depends on the building's structure and the available technical resources. The selection is made during an on-site assessment in consultation with the owner or property manager.
If a building is already connected with FTTH or FTTB, you will find the relevant information in the availability data.
Both options have comparable implementation times and offer a stable, high-performance foundation for future fiber-optic applications and modern broadband services.
Flexible handover options to your infrastructure
You decide where we transfer the traffic to your infrastructure and we manage the rest. This allows you to efficiently map your business model, regional priorities and technical requirements. You are flexible when it comes to connecting and can also combine models with each other - the choice is yours.

Full-Service Internet Connectivity: Jump-start your broadband business
Use our Internet connectivity product as a turnkey go-to-market solution. We handle all data traffic and provide the necessary network infrastructure. You do not need your own technical handover and thus save the initially high investments and operating costs. This allows you to concentrate fully on marketing while offering your customers a reliable connection.
Ideal for carriers without their own infrastructure who want to enter the broadband business as quickly and risk-free as possible.

Network Connection Point: Central handover for nationwide carriers
The network connection point enables maximum bundling and concentration of data traffic at a central transfer point. This solution gives you the highest bandwidth and optimal efficiency when integrating into your backbone.
Ideal for carriers with nationwide marketing and particularly large data volumes that require efficient and centralized backbone integration.

Layer 3 Handoff (IP based): Regional reach, easy integration
The IP-based handover offers an aggregated connection to 11 core network locations in Germany, providing you with a long range and manageable effort for the connection. You get fully routed IP connections and can take advantage of advanced options, including Public/Private IP, Quality of Service (QoS), and traffic prioritization.
Ideal for carriers who want to integrate fully routed IP connections into their networks to control service and quality features themselves.

Layer 2 Handoff (VULA): Maximum Control, Regional Proximity
Take advantage of the regional handover to approx. 900 Ethernet network nodes nationwide to gain maximum control over your services. This option offers you the greatest possible proximity to the end customer and the freedom to fully set up your own routing and control logic. Layer 2 handoff (VULA) supports the separation of services over VLANs and is ideal for multi-tenant scenarios.
Ideal for carriers that want to build on their own network architecture and take over the control of services up to the end customer themselves.
Flexible Cash Flow: Pricing models for starters and top dogs
With T Wholesale, your business will not only grow faster – it will also be cheaper. Our FTTH portfolio is technically flexible and economically optimally tailored to your business requirements. Our scalable pricing models reward your success directly and create real planning security – regardless of whether you are regionally active or operate nationwide.
Feel free to contact us, we will find the right attractive model for your business and your strategy.
